Responsibility towards the environment is essential for correct business practice. We design products by minimising their impact on the environment during their manufacturing with clean processes that respect the environment.
RTD TECHNICAL OFFICE
Due to our technical and human resources, we have the capacity to develop the role of a finite project.
We are available to produce all types of itemised drawings and assemblies using 3D software tools and this all means that we are capable of minimising mistakes in itemisations to previously unimaginable limits.
OXICUT AND MATERIALS INSPECTION
We oxicut all types of parts in S 275 and S 355, qualities, where the thicknesses usually available fall between 8 and 200 mm.
Our manufacturing systems allow direct communication between the computers and the machines' CNC control, giving us a faster response to our customers' needs.
ASSEMBLY AND WELDING
All our welding processes and our welders are certified. Frames for TURBINAS FRANCIS, up to 11,000 kg and 5 metres in diameter are one of the projects demonstrating the potential of Talleres JUAN LASA.
